Barista

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide friendly service. Handle transactions accurately using the till system; manage orders efficiently to minimise wait times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, equipment, and seating space in accordance with food safety standards. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene practices. Restock supplies as needed throughout shifts to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous

barista experience

. Knowledge of

food safety

standards and procedures is preferred. Experience in

serving

customers in a busy setting is advantageous. Basic

food preparation

skills are beneficial. Good

time management

skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic
