The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks to a high standard. Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to during food preparation and service. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering queries, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and building customer rapport. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including cleaning equipment and sanitising surfaces regularly. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage basic maths calculations for change. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality. Restock supplies as needed and organise workstations for smooth operation throughout shifts. Requirements

Previous experience as a

Barista

is a

MUST.

Reliability is important Knowledge of

food safety

standards and procedures. Experience in

serving

customers and handling cash transactions confidently. Basic

food preparation

skills, including knowledge of hygiene practices. Good

time management

skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
