We're looking for an experienced barista to join our vibrant cafe team at Fidela Coffee Roasters, a quality-driven coffee bar and roastery based on the North Coast of Ireland. We're passionate about exceptional coffee, sustainability, and fostering community. As a member of our barista team, you'll help us deliver an outstanding customer experience while sharing our commitment to specialty coffee.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks to our customers Provide excellent customer service, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the cafe Contribute to the development and execution of our seasonal drink menus Support stock management and ordering as required Participate in ongoing training and tasting sessions to ensure product knowledge and skills remain top notch Work collaboratively with the team to uphold Fidela's values and standards

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a specialty coffee shop or similar environment essential Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and filter brewing techniques Confident communicator who thrives in a customer-facing environment Strong organisational and time management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team Passionate about specialty coffee and driven to continue learning and growing in the industry
