We are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and matcha beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, sitting area, and equipment. Arranging the food displays, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

Required Skills

Previous barista experience is a must, ideally with strong latte art skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting environment for customers. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work alone as well as part of a small team. A passion for coffee culture and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
