Welcome to 21 Grams! We are currently looking for an experienced barista full of energy and enthusiasm about the trade. All of our baristas are offered a competitive hourly rate based on their displayed experience and ongoing performance.

At 21 Grams we offer a small range of delicious cakes, pastries and a mouth-watering hot and cold drinks menu. As part of our lovely team you will be responsible for:

- Espresso based and speciality coffee preparation
- Preparation of cakes pastries
- Till work
- Running drinks and clearing tables
- Opening/closing the shop in line with procedures and daily checks
- Ordering from relevent suppliers
- Managing stock and wastage
- Follow food safety standards to ensure quality and freshness of products

Required Skills:
- Efficient in drinks and food prep
- Basic latte art ability
- Great at multi-tasking
- Knowledge of food safety
- Strong time management skills
- Great communication both on and off shift
