The ideal candidate will be confident juggling bookkeeping, credit control, and communication responsibilities in a busy, fast-moving environment. While some remote flexibility may be offered later, this is primarily an
office-based role

Duties:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple client accounts using
Xero
Provide support with
credit control
, accounts admin, and general client communications
Process invoices, bank reconciliations, and prepare month-end reports
Assist with
email management
, professional correspondence, and workflow tracking
Maintain accurate time tracking and task completion via internal systems
Use practice management tools such as
Dext
,
FYI
, and others
Offer general support to the team as required in a collaborative, multi-client environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within an
accountancy practice
Proficient in
Xero
(essential)
Experience in credit control and managing multiple client workflows
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Basic payroll knowledge (preferred)
AAT Level 2/3 or equivalent experience is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must live within a
commutable distance to at least 30-45 min away from location,
Comfortable working
Monday to Friday in the office
Salary & Benefits:
35,000 - 39,000 per annum
