Duties

Prepare a variety of food items according to established recipes and standards Cook meals with attention to presentation, quality, and consistency Assist with meal preparation and plating for service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times Support team members during busy periods, including serving customers when required Stock ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting Excellent communication skills and team spirit Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends if necessary A genuine interest in culinary arts and customer service
