Experienced Builder
Job Description
Skilled, 'all round' builder required to join the team at Jute Construction as a full-time employee.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead on-site, problem solving.
Communicate effectively with subcontractors and clients and represent the company.
Promote teamwork in a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Promote a healthy work environment.
Use traditional techniques and materials as appropriate.
Requirements
Full driving licence.
An all rounder with proven experience in the building trade.
Able to work on-site and adapt to varying project needs.
Able to read drawings with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Experience in heritage restoration or conservation projects would be desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 18.00-21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
