We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for kitchen set up, menu creation, managing food production, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities
Plan staffing to ensure efficient food preparation and service
Oversee all aspects of food production, including cooking, plating, and presentation
Develop and implement innovative menus in collaboration with management
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise kitchen operations
Train and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and teamwork
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes that meet brand standards
Be front and centre to welcome customers
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation throughout shifts
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
Supervising experience with team management capabilities
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Extensive background in food production, culinary techniques, and food preparation
Excellent cooking skills with an eye for detail in presentation
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through quality cuisine

Pay: From 14.50 per hour
