We have a proud history in the Meat Industry dating back to 1953. We are specialists in Supplying Hotels and Restaurants throughout Central Scotland and have a fantastic reputation within the Hospitality Sector.
We are ABR Fine Foods, a family run Meat Wholesale company. Due to recent growth are looking for Part-Time Butchers with experience in working in a factory environment. Key experience that we are looking for is:
Factory or Butcher shop Experience Essential
Prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry for sale in retail or wholesale food establishments.
Boning Out Work and Worked previously with Dry Aged High End Beef
Accurate knife skills coupled with a good pace of work
Friendly and approachable character to fit with our current team
