The Buffalo Farm is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic

Butcher's Assistant

to join our passionate team at Boglily Farm Steading in Kirkcaldy. This is a hands-on role where you'll be helping prepare and pack orders for our valued customers, while also supporting our skilled butchers with a variety of tasks in a busy and rewarding environment.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the food industry. If you show natural skill and interest, there is

potential to enrol in a Butcher Apprenticeship

with The Butchery Federation -- a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career. This role is predominantly based in our factory here at Boglily with occasional customer facing aspects.

Salary and role responsibilities will be adjusted based on your experience and time served.
