Catering Butchery Trainee

- combining practical roles in packing, machine operation, and cleaning, with the opportunity to learn and develop valuable butchery skills.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in the food production industry with full training and progression pathways available.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing meat orders to a high standard for our catering clients Operating machinery safely (e.g. vacuum packers, slicers - training provided) Cleaning equipment, workspaces, and production areas to food safety standards Supporting butchers and production staff as required Learning about meat preparation and butchery techniques as part of your development

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good attention to detail and pride in doing a job well Physically fit and able to be on your feet most of the day Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a busy team No experience required - just a great attitude!
