Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, showcase our range of vehicles, consisting of over 100 cars from over 20 different manufacturers and facilitate the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities. Manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase. Maintain an organised sales environment and keep accurate records of customer interactions. Utilise sales management software to track leads and manage follow-ups. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive sector. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. Familiarity with sales management software is advantageous. A proactive approach to upselling and closing deals is essential.
