Tates is a well-established, family-owned business with deep local roots. we provided high-quality vehicles and exceptional service to our community. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage potential customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalised service. Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and finance options. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. Contribute to sales strategies and collaborate with our marketing and aftersales teams. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Participate in local events to promote our brand.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in motor trade sales or a related role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented. Full UK driving licence. Passion for cars and delivering excellent customer service.
