Experienced Car Sales Executives wanted for our expanding business in Darlington!

Drive Motor Retail in Darlington is dialling up the heat with multiple new franchises and we need Experienced Car Sales Executives to join us and take advantage of the un-capped commission bonus structures we have in place.

Package Details:

Basic Salary of 20,000 Potential earnings are un-capped but are averaged at 50,000+ per annum Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 of these days off in the week due to working a Saturday) Saturday - 8:30am - 5pm Alternating rota for Sunday - 10am - 4pm

Manufacturer specific training / accreditations:

Working with multiple manufacturers we are able to train our Sales Executives to become specialists in specific brands. Being a specialist not only helps you to sell more effectively and increase your product knowledge but you can also then take the Motability sales path which increases your customer base.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences. Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits. Carry out test drives and provide insightful information about the products. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements:

Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Enthusiastic and approachable personality. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A Valid Driver's License.

Desirables:

1-2 Years of showroom experience in a car sales role. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
