Responsibilities

Manage food inventory, ensuring proper storage and minimising waste.
Implement and uphold food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management on menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.
Assist in the planning of special events or catering services as required.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead staff effectively.
Proficient cooking skills with a passion for culinary arts.
Extensive kitchen experience, ideally within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
