We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and food preparation; As a chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Oversee meal preparation and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Skills
Proven experience in catering and restaurant environments is essential.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on Italian meal preparation and food presentation.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
