Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of
Italian starters, mains, pasta, and pizzas
Handle
pizza dough preparation
, stretching, topping, and baking in a pizza oven
Cook pasta and sauces from scratch using fresh ingredients
Manage kitchen operations during service
Maintain
high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow
food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
Support kitchen organisation, stock rotation, and food ordering
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when needed
Collaborate with the team on new menu ideas and specials
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef
in Italian restaurants or pizzerias
Skilled in
pizza-making (dough, toppings, oven)
and
Italian cooking techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking
Team player with excellent kitchen and time management skills
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Good level of spoken English
