About the Position
We are looking for a
Chef
to join our Kammoon Lebanese team. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Lebanese dishes with care and consistency, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. Working as part of a dynamic kitchen team, you will help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes following our recipes and quality standards. Assist with food preparation, portioning, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and work areas. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and BRC certification standards. Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations. Monitor food quality and freshness at all times. Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and efficient work environment.
Profile Sought
Proven experience as a
Chef or Cook
, ideally in Lebanese or Mediterranean cuisine. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail. Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Passionate about authentic Lebanese food and culinary excellence.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
