We are seeking a dedicated Experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supervising a small team of day janitors across 3 floors, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure service expectations are met

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are maintained
