Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, providing constructive feedback and support to therapists. Optimize therapist schedules and clinic diaries in collaboration with the Clinic Operations Manager, maximizing clinic revenue. Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new hires, ensuring they align with our values and deliver exceptional patient care. Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with referring doctors and partners (e.g., HCA Healthcare, Fortius Clinic), developing a program of community events. Deal with and investigate any complaints effectively and efficiently, following agreed processes. Embody the values of Nordic Balance, acting with integrity and building trust within the team. Utilize COIN and GROW methodologies, along with active listening, to effectively manage and coach the team.
