Due to increased work load, The HACS Group are looking for an additional, experienced Site manager.
Managing new build and refurbishment sites within a 30 mile radius of Harrogate, experience is essential for this permanent position working on construction projects in Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Defence and Healthcare with project values between 1m and 10m.
Working alongside our extensive existing team, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of each project including managing our own staff and sub contractors, health and safety, works programming plus client and architect liaison. Also assisting with materials and sub contract procurement to ensure a top quality finished project is delivered to required deadlines.

Good IT skills and experience as well as a minimum SMSTS qualification are required.
