Required Experience

Minimum of

7 years' hands-on conveyancing experience

Qualified by experience

(no practising certificate required) Background in residential conveyancing with full file-handling responsibility
The Role

We are looking for an experienced, confident and detail-driven Conveyancer to manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion. You will handle matters independently while delivering a consistently high standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities

Managing property transactions from instruction to completion Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal documentation and searches Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Providing regular, proactive updates to clients Coordinating with third parties including surveyors, lenders and local authorities Identifying and resolving issues efficiently to prevent delays
Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with clients Strong IT skills, including conveyancing systems and Microsoft Office Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple files accurately Strong time management and the ability to work at pace Comfortable working independently within a remote team Proactive, professional and committed to outstanding client service
