We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of property law, along with a broad range of legal expertise across various practice areas. Duties

Manage and oversee residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related legal documents related to property transactions. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely progression of all matters in accordance with firm policies and deadlines. Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting conveyancing and related fields such as environmental law or tribal regulations. Assist in litigation cases or disputes related to property or other practice areas when necessary. . Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and documentation that reflect thorough legal analysis and drafting skills.

Experience

Proven experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner within a reputable law firm or legal environment. Excellent writing skills with a focus on clear legal drafting and administrative experience in a busy law office setting. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professional integrity across diverse legal practice areas. Familiarity with legal research techniques and the ability to interpret complex legislation accurately.
