Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced baker to join our small team of bakers. This would be a permanent position following a 3 month trial period.

Duties would include all aspects of craft baking with an emphasis on bread and roll production.

Shifts are 3am - 10:30am (Monday - Friday) and 4:30pm - 11pm (Friday night). Alternating 5 shifts / 6 shifts on a 2 weekly rota.

This is a physically demanding position and all applicants should be physically fit and capable.

Must be:

experienced in craft baking able to work independently and as part of a team confident in all aspects of dough production capable of oven work
Relevant references essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 498.00-563.00 per week
