We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Previous experience in Dental Receptionist a must.The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining the administrative functions of the office.
Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
Handle scheduling, phone calls, and appointment bookings
Manage online patient records and treatment plans -
all systems are digital
Regular visits to
post office and dental lab
- must be
physically active and dependable
Assist in
social media content creation and posting
Support the clinical team with general administrative duties
Requirements

Confident using computers and online platforms

Comfortable with occasional errands (lab runs, post office)

Able to help with Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms

Previous office experience is essential; experience in a dental or medical setting is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
Proficient in using computer systems and dental software (training may be provided).
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
