Job Description

The role involves preparing Components for electroless nickel plating, setting up and maintaining plating equipment, monitoring plating processes for precision, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The operator will ensure accurate handling of chemicals and materials while maintaining documentation of processes and outcomes to meet production goals efficiently. Collaboration within a dynamic team to troubleshoot equipment and maintain workflow is a key responsibility.
Qualifications

Technical knowledge in plating processes, material handling, and chemical usage Experience or skills in equipment operation, process monitoring, and quality control tasks related to manufacturing Ability to adhere to safety, environmental, and operational regulations and standards Good documentation and communication skills for accurate process reporting and team collaboration Teamwork capabilities and problem-solving skills for equipment troubleshooting Relevant experience or prior knowledge in surface coating is a requirement.

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
