We are looking for an experienced

Fibreglass Spray Laminator

to join our skilled team in Kingswinford, West Midlands. As a well-established manufacturer of high-quality fibreglass products, we require a professional who can deliver precision and consistency while working on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating fibreglass spray lamination equipment to manufacture components. Preparing moulds and surfaces for spraying, including cleaning and waxing as necessary. Applying fibreglass materials and resins using spray equipment to achieve required thickness and quality standards. Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring a high-quality finish. Maintaining spray equipment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a fibreglass spray laminator (minimum 2 years). Strong knowledge of spray lamination techniques and equipment operation. Ability to interpret and follow production specifications. Familiarity with working to precise measurements and thickness requirements. Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Awareness of health and safety practices in a workshop environment.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in sectors such as automotive, marine, construction, or industrial manufacturing. Knowledge of gelcoat spraying and finishing techniques. Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of spray lamination equipment.
