Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, catering services, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. A background in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Support catering operations by setting up and clearing dining areas efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Assist with bartending duties as required, ensuring responsible service of alcohol. Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stock rotation.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or catering is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is preferred. Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting will be beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various roles within the floor staff team.
