Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to join our front of house team. In this role, you'll help create memorable dining experiences by delivering outstanding service from the moment guests walk through the door. As a vital member of our restaurant team, you'll be the friendly face that greets our customers, takes their orders, serves food and drinks, and ensures every guest leaves with a smile. You'll also work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly and maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greeting and seating guests in a professional and approachable manner Taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system Serving dishes and beverages efficiently, confidently, and with a positive attitude Checking in with guests throughout their visit to ensure complete satisfaction Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area Processing payments and handling transactions with accuracy and care Keeping front-of-house areas clean, organised, and inviting Assisting with daily setup, restocking, and closing tasks Upholding all food safety, hygiene, and company service standards Communicating clearly and effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, professional, and team-oriented approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems (preferred) Previous hospitality or customer service experience (required) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry light loads
