We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently Provide excellent guest services, addressing any special requests or concerns Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and maximise sales Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems Support food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Assist in setting up for service periods and closing duties at the end of shifts

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Experience in serving or guest services roles demonstrates strong interpersonal skills Familiarity with upselling techniques can contribute positively to team performance Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not mandatory Excellent time management skills are essential for managing busy service periods effectively

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
