Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team as we head into the busy summer months. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive high-quality service in a friendly and efficient manner.

Duties

Greet and seat customers promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or by hand. Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service. Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality. Monitor tables for customer satisfaction, responding promptly to requests for assistance or additional items. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Assist with the preparation of food items as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred; training will be provided. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. A friendly disposition with a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
