We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic maths skills to ensure accurate billing. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Provide support during events or special occasions as required.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector is highly desirable. A solid understanding of time management to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong interpersonal skills to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
