Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and other building components.
Install or replace fixtures, fittings, and appliances as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and storage spaces.
Assist with renovation projects and minor construction tasks.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar maintenance role.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
