We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HIAB Operator with proven experience operating clamshell bucket attachments to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate HIAB safely and efficiently Load and unload materials using clamshell bucket attachments Backfilling of tracks and excavations to RAUC standard Support Reinstatement activities as required Deliver and collect materials to/from various sites Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service

Requirements:



Valid HIAB certification - including clamshell attachment CPC and valid UK driving licence (Class 2 preferred) CSCS Card or equivelant NRSWA Proven experience operating HIAB with clamshell for grab work Strong understanding of load safety and lifting procedures Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Preferred Experience:



Construction or aggregate handling background Previous work on reinstatement and backfilling
