Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled landscape gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for outdoor work and have hands-on experience in landscape construction. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of Cotswold gardens. You will be required to work with both hand tools and power tools, ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

Follow plans accurately Build and maintain garden features such as pathways, fences, steps and patio Carry out groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and tidy. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify any issues or required maintenance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Tickets for digger and dumper desirable

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools & power tools Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues when necessary. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labour outdoors in varying weather conditions. A valid driving licence is essential.
