GLB Property Services are looking for a skilled Full-Time Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in Coventry. If you have experience in property valuations and lettings negotiation, and you're passionate about delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Property Marketing (including video tours of properties available) Applicant Management Meeting clients in person and over the phone to discuss property needs and feedback. Negotiating lettings agreements between tenants and landlords Arranging appointments for viewings and valuations Maintaining property listings and providing administrative support Building strong relationships with clients and offering market insights

What We're Looking For:

Experience in property valuations (but not essential) 1 year of experience in a Lettings Negotiator role Strong communication and organisational skills Positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
