We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing excellent customer service in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative drink recipes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure an enjoyable experience. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and seasonal ingredients to enhance the menu. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and cocktail preparation techniques.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or as a Mixologist within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to engage customers effectively. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
