Green Tree Children's Home in Erith, Kent is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, confident, and values-driven

to lead our newly established 4-bed Ofsted-registered home. This role is more than managing a service--it's about shaping something meaningful from the ground up. Your leadership will help create a safe, stable, and supportive environment for children aged 8 to 18 to recover, grow, and thrive.
A New Start, Built on Solid Foundations
Green Tree is the latest venture from a trusted and respected semi-independent provider. Combining fresh ambition with a proven track record in children's care, our team brings deep sector knowledge, a commitment to ethics, and a strong history of delivering quality outcomes across residential services.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strive for excellence in inspections and outcomes
Who We're Looking For

Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an Ofsted-regulated setting
A track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong inspection results
Solid safeguarding knowledge and confidence in trauma-informed practice
