Job Description

Sannio Restaurant is an Italian Restaurant across from the King's Theatre. We are a small 45 cover restaurant, specialised in pre and post theatre with a quick turnaround quality dishes, cocktails, wines & drinks. All our dishes are home made from our pizza dough, breads, lasagne to our desserts.

We are looking for;

3 EXPERIENCED PART TIME WAITING STAFF who can take their own section, carry at least 3 plates, take orders, serve drinks, welcome customers with a smile, speaking very well English and who can start in the next couple of days, usually between 2 to 5 shifts a week with 4:30 or 5pm starts and weekdays 8pm to 9pm finish and Fri-Sat 9/10pm ish finish.

Our Restaurant Manager will give you the necessary training. Free Staff food & staff drinks as well as working with a friendly environment with early finish as the weekdays the last orders are at 7:30pm and the weekends are at 8:30pm most of the times.

You will be working in most of the theatre times that about 2 to 5 evenings a week over the whole year, some weeks more and some weeks less, depends on the shows at the King's Theatre. You will be working on most of the pre theatres (4:30 or 5pm start to around 8/9pm ish). It is anything between 5 to 20 hours per week, mostly evenings, on an average about 10-15 hours with weekly payments via your bank, we always pay above minimum wage for your age. Also part of the service charge paid into your bank account. There are 6 weeks paid holidays annually. Start rate is at least 10 for 18-20 yrs olds and 12.50 for 21+, plus service charge plus tips.

You must be able to start ASAP (within a week).

You MUST be able to work through out December, especially from middle of December until early January, including Xmas Eve, Boxing Day, NYE, except Xmas Day.
