friendly, motivated Pharmacy Assistant
to join our team at Somerset Gardens.You'll be the welcoming face of our pharmacy, supporting patients and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Previous experience as a pharmacy counter assistant is a bonus, but not essential. A strong, professional, and bubbly personality is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone Managing a high volume of customers efficiently and professionally Offering compassionate, empathetic support to all patients Multitasking confidently in a fast-paced environment Supporting the pharmacy team with daily operational tasks Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organised front-of-house area
About You
Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused Strong communication and people skills Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure Compassionate with a customer-first mindset Multilingual skills are an advantage Previous pharmacy or retail experience is helpful but not essential
