Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Pizza Chef who is eager to develop their culinary skills and grow into a full Chef role. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, willing to learn all sections of the kitchen, and ready to assist with general kitchen duties when the pizza section is not busy. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on training and long-term career progression in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present pizzas according to restaurant standards. Manage pizza dough preparation, toppings, baking, and plating. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza section at all times. Assist in other kitchen sections (prep, grill, pasta, salads, plating) during quiet periods or as directed by the Head Chef. Learn and follow recipes, cooking techniques, and kitchen procedures. Support daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking tasks. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or strong experience in pizza preparation. Strong willingness to learn and develop as a professional chef. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Culinary training or certification is an advantage but not required.
