The Role: Decisive, Influential, Conscientious
1. Drive the Bottom Line (The "D")
You will ensure the business achieves its financial targets and agreed goals (by measuring KPIs), through proactive planning and decisive implementation.
2. Lead the Vibe (The "I")
As a proactive team leader, you will cultivate, deliver, and empower a high-performance team that works without micromanaging. You are the bridge between clinical and administrative functions, creating "Raving Fan" patient advocates through a seamless, positive experience.
3. Master the Systems (The "C")
You'll refine the end-to-end patient journey, ensuring every touchpoint is effective and compliant with HIS Scotland/GDC standards. From financial tracking to clinical operations management, your attention to detail ensures the practice runs like a well-oiled machine.

Base Salary:
36,000 plus annual bonus based on goal delivery.

You should have experience in running a healthcare facility You don't need to be dentally trained (we have a
Senior Dental Nurse
to support the clinical side), but you must have real-world experience in health business management frameworks and a hunger for growth and delivering goals based on structured, sound planning.
