We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our practice and contribute to its ongoing success.

Position Overview

:
As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the practice. This is a leadership position that requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual who can manage both clinical and administrative aspects of the practice. You will ensure that our team operates efficiently, maintain a high standard of patient care, and oversee the practice's financial performance.

Duties



Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise, train, and support a team of dental professionals, including receptionists, hygienists, and dental assistants. Ensure a high standard of customer service, handling patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Develop and maintain effective scheduling systems to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times. Handle billing, insurance claims, collections, and ensure accurate financial records. Oversee office supplies and inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained. Ensure the practice complies with relevant healthcare regulations, including GDPR and CQC standards (if applicable). Assist with the preparation and management of the practice budget, financial reports, and forecasts. Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication and team collaboration. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations. Coordinate marketing and patient outreach efforts to enhance patient acquisition and retention. Work closely with the clinical team to improve operational efficiencies and patient care quality.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in a dental practice management or similar healthcare management role is highly desirable. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in practice management software (e.g., SOE Exact, Dentrix, or similar systems). In-depth knowledge of dental insurance processes, coding, and billing systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and managing office expenses. Proactive, friendly, and professional with a focus on patient satisfaction. A degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 31,737.00-33,893.00 per year
