Having invested over 3 million in equipment over the past 24 months we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Finisher to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

As a Print Finisher, you will be running a 6-station saddle stitcher and other print finishing equipment. Experience in hard back binding is essential for this role.

Working Pattern

: 3-day week.

12 Hour Shifts (Nights). 3 shifts per week (Wednesday night, Thursday night and Friday night)

21 Shifts per year holidays including statutory days (equivalent to 34 days on day shift).

Responsibilities

Set up machines (safety check, calibration, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) to start a production cycle

Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)

Feed raw material to semi-automated machines

Inspect products with precision and measuring tools

Test operation of machines periodically

Fix issues that might occur during the shift

Check output to spot any machine related mistakes or flaws

Keep records of approved and defective products

Maintain activity logs

Support other factory areas as required
