Are you a skilled property manager with a passion for working with a great team and high quality property care?


We're looking for an experienced individual to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our design-led hotels along the Cornish coast.


As a values-driven, environmentally conscious hotel group, we blend thoughtful architecture and unique hospitality to create meaningful stays for our guests. This role is key to ensuring our properties not only function seamlessly, but also reflect our commitment to quality, comfort, and sustainability.

Your Role:




You'll be responsible for the upkeep, safety, and performance of all our buildings, working across departments to support smooth daily operations and forward-thinking development. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in sustainable property management.

Responsibilities and Duties:



Oversee all aspects of property maintenance across both hotel sites Manage preventative maintenance schedules, compliance, and service contracts Lead smaller-scale refurbishments and sustainability upgrades Ensure all health and safety, fire safety, and building compliance obligations are met Coordinate external contractors and manage procurement for maintenance projects Support energy efficiency projects and help monitor consumption and reduction goals Collaborate with Heads of Department to ensure operational needs are supported Maintain asset registers and oversee maintenance budgets Organise 7 day cover including evenings and have a full plan in place to cover emergency repairs and out-of-hours issues.

Skills and Experience Required:



Proven experience in property management Strong understanding of building systems (heating, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Solid knowledge of UK H&S and building compliance regulations Excellent project and contractor management skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Clear and confident communicator with a proactive mindset Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on involvement Experience with sustainable building practices is desirable UK driving licence essential
