What You'll Be Doing

Handling warm inbound life insurance, CIC & income protection leads Conducting in-depth telephone fact-finds Recommending high-quality protection solutions Working with a sales manager who supports you (not micromanages) Hitting achievable KPIs in a quality-focused environment Managing your pipeline effectively Providing outstanding service to every client

What We're Looking For Essential

Minimum 1-3 years' experience in protection sales Confident advising on life, CIC & income protection Strong closer with great rapport-building skills Target-driven, organised and consistent Works well in a small, collaborative team

Desirable

Experience with insurers such as Vitality Life, Socottish Widows, Shepherds Friendly etc Understanding of underwriting & compliance requirements

What You Get

28,000 - 32,000 base salary

OTE 60,000-75,000+ (uncapped)
