A people-focused leadership role with real progression
We're looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Lead Receptionist to help run the front of house at our friendly Bournemouth dental practice.
This is a key leadership role within the team -- ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people all day, thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
You don't need previous dental reception experience -- but you do need solid front-of-house or reception experience, strong people skills, and the confidence to support and lead a small team.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting the reception team
Helping keep diaries full and running smoothly
Supporting rebooking, payments and patient flow
Acting as a main point of contact for patient queries and concerns
Helping train and support new team members
Keeping systems and processes organised

Our current Clinic Manager will be moving into a clinical dentist role within the group from
late 2026
, and we are looking to develop someone internally to step into that management position.
