Skilled Retail Butcher & Production Operatives

IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Qualified Retail Butcher

with experience in production to join our amazing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment, where quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out precise cutting, packing, and labelling to company standards. Maintain excellent product presentation and merchandising. Ensure regular stock rotation to guarantee freshness and minimise waste. Work closely with the team to ensure clear communication between shops. Adjust orders proactively based on sales trends, events, and trading conditions. Fulfil production orders daily.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in retail butchery and or production. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Good understanding of stock management and waste reduction. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. A proactive and team-focused approach.
