JOR Property Ltd are an established property maintenance company based in Aberdeen.
We are seeking a permanent, fully experienced, full-time Sales Ledger Administrator to join our business.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of all sales ledger processes and be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to work and communicate effectively on your own and as part of a team.
The responsibilities include, but will not be restricted to the following:
Predominantly Sales Ledger, invoicing from source document through to completion
Handling client queries, quickly and efficiently
Assisting with Credit control when required
Taking client payments
Assisting with the switchboard
Supporting general accounting processes.
You will have the following:
Sales ledger experience: minimum 3 years.
Must be thorough and have excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate must be organised, conscientious, confident, self-motivated and focused on achieving results. It would be advantageous for you to have experience in a similar trades business.
The working day is 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required at times to meet deadlines. This position will be based in our Market Street office, parking on site. Note that hybrid/remote working will not be considered..
